History of WellCareWellCare began operations in Tampa, Florida, in 1985 as a Medicaid provider for Florida. In 1992, Kiran Patel, a cardiologist and entrepreneur, bought the company. Considerations When Enrolling in a PDP Plan

  • Suppose you are enrolled in a Medicare Advantage private fee-for-service (PFFS) plan.
