Beauty Routine without Going to the Pharmacy

The shelves of pharmacies offer countless products and cosmetics that are supposed to improve our physical appearance and solve minor problems such as dry skin or oily hair, for example. However some beauty routine ideas are easily can done at home itself.

However, it is not always necessary to spend unreasonable amounts to take care of oneself. There are many recipes for beauty routine or  home care that have proven to be effective over the centuries.

You will find dozens of recipes on the Internet. We can’t list them all here, but beauty routine  using body care ideas to start with, which you can make with natural ingredients that are often available at home.

Beauty Routine For Dark Circles

Pour boiling water over green tea bags, then place them in the freezer for a few minutes to cool them completely. Apply the bags on your eyes for 10 minutes for a revived look.

Beauty Routine Sugar Scrub

Mix 3 tsp. Fine sugar (but noticing) with a few drops of olive or almond oil. Apply the mixture on the face in circular movements, highlighting the forehead, the wings of the nose, and the chin. Rinse off with lukewarm water and hydrate.

To Deeply Hydrate the Face

Blend ¼ avocado, a tablespoon of honey, and 3 tbsp. 35% cream. Apply in a thick layer and let sit for a good bath. Then rinse off with lukewarm water, and you will be pleasantly surprised with the result.

Mask for a Beautiful Complexion

Finely grate two medium carrots and add a few drops of oil (olive or almond). Apply to the face for 15 minutes and rinse off.

For Dry and Split ends of the Hair

Warm a few tablespoons of olive or almond oil and apply to the tips. Wash your hair as usual after 20 minutes.

Rinse for Shiny Hair

Mix ¼ cup of apple vinegar or fresh lemon juice in a liter of water. Add a lovely bunch of chopped fresh parsley, then let sit for a few days. Then filter the mixture and use it as rinse water after your shampoo.

A Homemade Makeup Remover

Use 2 equal amounts of rose water (available in Asian grocery stores or sometimes even in supermarkets, to flavor cookies and cakes) and almond oil or the like. Avoid oils with a strong odor. Keep this mixture in a bottle and stir well before each use: this homemade makeup remover can even remove water-resistant makeup.

Exfoliating Body Scrub

Mix ¼ cup of coffee grounds and the same amount of your favorite shower gel. While showering, apply all over the body in circular movements, stressing the areas where the skin is harder (elbows, knees, etc.).

Bath for Irritated Skin

In case of itching, sunburn, or very dry, itchy skin, add ½ cup of baking soda to your bathwater. Then put in the blender 1 cup of oatmeal until you get a coarse flour. And pour it into a nylon stocking whose end you will close with a knot. Also put the bottom in the bath and let all the benefits of oats repair your irritated skin.

Beauty Routine For White Nails

Add little drops of lemon liquid to baking soda and dip your nails in this mixture for about fifteen minutes. But repeat weekly for optimal results.

Beauty Routine for Feet that Sweat too Much

Fill in a bowl 3 tablespoons of loose green tea in 3 liters of boiling water. Once the water temperature manageable, add a handful of rough salt in the rain and soak your feet in it for as long as you want.
